Menopausal period for both male and female Hormone defines the youthfulness in human body. Hormone Progesterone is female hormone while Hormone testosterone is male hormone which affects physical fineness and strength. Some question that male does not have menstruation, so why they are called menopause as same as female. Some do not accept that they are turning to the degeneration age. Prolong the Youthfulness
Although human cannot conquer deterioration, there is a way to prolong the youthfulness as long as possible under the conditions of nature, that are go to bed early for enough rest as testosterone is produced at nighttime, stop smoking and drinking alcohol, eat healthy food, be positive, be free from stress, and do exercise regularly.
